To find and remove duplicate targets in your policy go to Policies > Pick your policy > Edit
Now go to the individual targets tab > > Select In Policy only. Now you can view the bundles you have (4) along with all the individual targets in your policy. 
Click on each individual target and scroll down to "available in bundle" > if it's in a bundle you already have it can be safely removed to save space.
